RESPONSE TO GLORIA AKANKUNDA- KAYIBANDA MUSEVENI'S MOUTHPIECE ON UAH FACE-BOOK; 

Unfortunately Gloria has blocked me, She did not  realise getting into a debate with me is not as easy as it seems.  Best she has decided to vacate the kitchen. I and I was just getting started. She has been abusing people on UAH without Semuwemba doing anything about it, but I decided to take her on. Unfortunately, she is not  prepared for a brutal fight and wants out. You are a citizen of Rwandan, and it is very surprising to me why you should treat the tragedy the people of Ugandan have been put through over the last 40 years with such callousness and disdain.. You are nothing to me in the greater scheme of things and I did even want to bother to comment on any of the trite nonsense you keep posting here on this forum in  defence of the Rwandan occupation of our country. I am doing it now, just to draw your attention to the fact that we are in a process of compiling evidence that will allow us to put the Rwandanoutlaw Yoseri kayibanda Museveni on trial for the following crimes:

1,GENOCIDE; 2. WAR CRIMES 3.CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY;4. CRIMES AGAINST INTERNATIONAL LAW; AND 4. MERCERNARY ACTIVITIES.

These are all serious and egregious crimes that breach all of the Geneva Conventions that govern current international humanitarian law regime, and its protocols and as well as laws that ban mercenary activities and terrorism committed by citizens of other countries on the territory of another.

Anaconda, you seem to be blind to efforts currently being made to put Kayibanda Museveni on trial for having committed or commissioned  all of the above crimes. I have been to the Hague and Geneva and  so many times to file numerous cases against kayibanda Museveni and his cohorts. I have also filed several cases of murder against the Rwandan killer in the Tanzaniana courts, relating to the rape and brutal murder of his late wife Hope Kwaheru, crimes that Kayibanda Musevni committed in Dar es Salaam in 1976 and for which he has neither been tried nor punished. There is no doubt in my mind that kayibanda will climb the bar of justice and account for his crimes  in my lifetime. I have absolutely no doubt about this. Even  if it is the last thing I do in my remaining life on earth. I am prepared to chase kayibanda right up to the gates of hell, if need be

Conservatively, over 14 million people have died in the Great Lakes region of Africa since Kayibanda Museveni embarked on his mercenary activities in the 1970s, culminating in the occupation of Uganda in 1986 and the pursuit of destructive genocidal wars in the neighbouring countries of Rwanda and the DR Congo. Nearly 2 million have died in Uganda, 1.5  million in Rwanda, 500,000 in Burundi and 10 million in the DR Congo. The entire Great Lakes region, at one point or another , has been turned into a killing fields of biblical proportions. This is a region where blood flows and continues to flow faster than the gushing waters of the River Nile; there is no single individual who has not known of a death or a tragedy because of the brutal tyranny that Kayibanda's murderous regime has imposed across the length and breadth of our country. These are facts that you choose to ignore, constantly uttering the nonsense that Uganda is at "peace". What sort of peace do you prat about- peace of the grave yard?

Anaconda, at the international level, there are also serious efforts to remove the cancer of impunity, terrorism and bad governance that Kayibanda personifies as well as symbolises. He is currently regarded as the most corrupt leader on the entire African continent. Because he is armed to the teeth, buffeted as he is by Rwandan militias and Ugandan quislings and hired thugs whom he has grouped into militias called UPDF, CRIME PREVENTORS, KIBOKO SQUAD, ISO, ESO, CMI, PRESIDENTIAL BRIGADE,BLACK MAMBA, UGANDA POLICE etc, Kayibanda  poses an imminent as w ell as ongoing threat to regional stability and world peace.  He has acted for so long as the policeman or nyampara of American imperialism in the region, but his lustre as a gun for hire has worn out. He has become a liability to his masters in Washington, partially because of the changing geo-politics in the western world and its relations with Africa, and also because most leaders in the western world now see no point in underwriting a brutal and corrupt tyranny as the one in Uganda. Thats why brutal tyrants like Gadaffi have met untimely deaths, and others like Charles Taylor of Liberia and Laurent Gbagbo of Ivory Coast are now languishing in jails serving life sentences for brutalising their own people for so long.

There is a secret agreement between the UN and the UK government for the Rwandan outlaw kayibanda Museveni to serve his life sentence at the BELMARSH HIGH SECURITY JAIL in London after he is convicted and sentenced for the crimes he has committed against the people of Uganda and of the Great Lakes region.  This is seen as the only possible way of guaranteeing his security since it is impossible for Kayibanda to serve  his future jail sentence in Uganda as most Ugandans want a death penalty to be imposed on the notorious criminal. In any case, Kayibanda has made so many enemies that it is almost certain one of them will get through any security cordon sanitaire erected   around him in prison and execute him.

 

The problem with the Belmarsh solution is that the prison is located in Woolwich, South London. But Woolwich Town is is  home to atleast 5,000 Ugandan families, including children and very elderly people. A great majority of these Ugandans are victims of the Rwandan outlaw, many of them having lost relatives at the hands of the blood-soaked barbarian, or undergone horrible torture by henchmen of his  evil regime..Many of these unfortunate victims still suffer from PTSDs and other difficult mental health and physical issues. 

 

These now UK citizens are totally opposed to the mass killer being placed right in their midst. The mere presence of Kayibanda within just a stone throwing distance of their homes, and the playgrounds and parks where their children and grandchildren play is likely to be viewed by them as a serious affront and provocation. It may also trigger very bad memories amongst this group of vulnerable citizens.

 

The idea that a mass murderer can just be ensconced within a stone's throw away from his victims, munching sausages and cheese sandwiches, watching Television, patting his pot-belly and farting to his heart's content, while his victims continue to suffer with the consequences of his barbaric mis-rule is likely to hurt the feelings of so many people and cause great  upset that it will become a  huge political issue,.

 

For the reasons I have outlined above, it is likely that these Ugandans may go to court to challenge any decision to house Kayibanda Museveni in Belmarsh prison. Admittedly, Belmarsh is one of the top High Security jails in Europe, second only perhaps to the Lubyanka jail in Moscow, Russia. As a jail-bird, there would no chance of Kayibanda being sprung out by any accomplice or future conspirators or even bounty hunters. No one has ever been sprung out or escaped from Belmarsh as far as  I know. It is as tough as nuts- trying to break out of Belmarsh is the same as trying to open a can of baked beans with your fists, a near impossible, if not futile task.. 

 

A recent development may in fact encourage and embolden aggrieved  Ugandans to challenge any decision to allow Kayibanda to serve his life sentence in Belmarsh.  This is thecase of the notorious Moor's Murderer Ian Brady. Brady as you know, is one of the most notorious murderers in British criminal history.  Together with his accomplice Myra Hindley, Brady kidnapped, sexually abused and murdered 5 children in the Manchester area in the 1960s and made several disappear, never to be seen again. Brady died in jail recently, completing his life sentence, but the people of Manchester went to court to block his remains  being buried anywhere in the Manchester  area. They would not even agree that Brady's ashes be scattered in the moors where he buried his victims. They just wanted nothing to do with Brady, not his corpse, not his ashes and not his memory. Since no other local council in the UK was willing to accept Brady's remains, the notorious killer was given the Osama  bin Laden burial- his body was incinerated and his ashes scattered at sea.

 

So here you can see the difficulty the UK and the UN will have in trying to help Uganda out. Keeping  a notorious killer like kayibanda under lock and key-completely out of circulation for the remainder of his natural life- is not going to be an easy task.  There are so many imponderables and  other interests at stake, and so which should prevail?

 

That's why a swift  death penalty, hanging by rope, followed by burial at sea- in the Indian Ocean- may be the best solution on how best to deal with the kayibanda Museveni dilemma after he is convicted and sentenced to death for the crimes he has committed. This would be poetic justice, because it is  in Indian Ocean at the the Dar es Salaam Coast that Kayibanda is suspected to have buried the body of his late wife Hope Kwaheru. Kayibanda is suspected to have entombed Kawheru's body with a tin of cement and then dumped it into the middle of the Ocean, ensuring that it never floats to the surface, and confining Kwaheru to a lonely and sad burial at the bottom of the sea, whereby no loved ones can visit her nor lay flowers.

 

For all the above reasons, burying Kayibanda Museveni the Osama bi Laden way may perhaps  be the merciful and fitting end to the career of a wife-killer, serial sex predator, mass murderer, sadistic hangman and one of the most evil human beings who ever lived.
