NRM government refuses to do what responsible governments do in their countries and our First Lady and Minister of Education expects miracles! There is a direct correlation between government spending and quality education.All areas in education need to be aggressively addressed if we are to get the kind of education is talking about. 

She quotes quality education in the past when other people were in charge but now her family is in charge without success. She talks of overhauling the system, good idea but it must start from State House running down to the village school chairperson. 

Hon.Janet, if you are serious about the overhaul, start it by stepping down as minister, allow capable people to take over. Tell Mr. Museveni also to step down because failure in education originates from policy failure!
