{UAH} Kenya Supreme Court ruled that Mr Uhuru Kenyatta was validly elected.

I said in another posting that this time around the ruling was likely to be unanimous. It is mere propaganda to claim that judges were threatened.  The truth of the matter is that Raila Odinga was misled by gad fly lawyers within his ranks to rely on an Orbiter Dicta decision to abandon the election.  As they say in Uganda "amagezi muliro"i/knowledge is like fire, there are times when you have to borrow from your neighbour. RAO should have listened broadly and may be reached out to his admirers in the diaspora. He did not and now is staring at political oblivion.

 Again in that same positing I outlined reasons why Raila Odinga gave in. He knew the numbers and wanted to avoid another humiliating defeat.  Take it from me, whether there were ten elections, UhuRuto would win ten of them.

 

People, elections are about numbers. It sounds trite but it is the truth.  NASA made several blunders and paid a heavy price. For starters they went in to win the presidency and ignored other races. If you will it was either presidency or bust. So they have gone bust.  I repeat for those wiling to listen Mr. Raila Odinga is a flawed candidate who cannot win a free and fair election in Kenya. That is the reality. The key word is flawed.

 

He gambled and has all but ended the political careers of his fellow dreamers. Kalonzo Musyoka is a lonely man in Ukambani. Do not believe Governor Ngilu. She will abandon him now that the Supreme Court has ruled. Governor Mutua will continue to haunt him. Governor Kibwana advised Mr. Raila Odinga not to abandon the elections because he had no basis in law.  But he went ahead and listened to minions like Norman Magaya, Sifuna and Nelson Havi. Now the Supreme Court has ruled.   The thing is, it did not have to end that way. 

 

And mark may words, NASA or NRM will soon be no more. Finito because the other see that RAO ruined their political futures.  Jubilee will again handily beat them in 2022. Ndiyo

Now bazungu who are infatuated with flawed opposition candidates in Africa have invited me to speak to them about elections in Africa and to propose a theory for such defeat.  I confess that is not my specialty or fufu but I will suggest a theory they may find interesting. For starters bazungu must stop sending "amabujje"/inexperienced politicians to lecture Africans as elections observers in Africa.

Second they must stop being infatuated with flawed candidates. 

Third the opposition including in Uganda they must learn the value of symbolism. NASA dismissed the Madaraka Express train that has transformed travel between Nairobi and Mombasa as nothing to Kenyans, the way Ugandans opposition dismiss UPE and USE .Please Gook spare me your kajanja on this. OK.
