{UAH} LETTER TO KAYIHURA BY WAMBI RICHARD

This is an open letter to general kayihura. Dear sir, it has come to our desk that the police officers that u posted to kamuli district that are criminals and includes Ssendi Ashraf ( OC CID) kamuli CPS . he assisted in the murder of Ausi Mukembo which was done in the broad day light under the instruction of Kazibwe Ismail ( district kadhi kamuli) and his imam Ayikari . Despite the fact that person who finished the job claims to have been paid 200000 by kazibwe nothing has been done to those people neither have any ever appeared in the court . For this matter I do call upon all the people of kamuli to come up and defend your rights.
