Uganda government says has no plans to attack Rwanda
Uganda's Ministry of Foreign Affairs has dismissed "with contempt" claims The Red Pepper that President Museveni is plotting to overthrow Rwanda government lead by his friend Paul Kagame. The paper reproduced Rwandan Online Publication Rushyashya's, story "Rushyashya", is a news platform associated with Rwanda Intelligence services
