{UAH} Acholi Cultural Festival.

Are aware of the 2017 Acholi Cultural Festival ? I think it is taking place or has just taken place in Gulu. My Acholi nieces who live in Gulu sent me videos of it- it is really great. The only downside was that potbellied Rwandan outlaw kayibanda Museveni also appeared, a disgrace which completely sullied what should have been a great event. The blood-soaked  Kayibanda does not belong to civilisation, much less to  a ceremony of cultural heritage. Kayibanda  has no place in a celebration of Acholi or any Luo culture for that matter;  he is a mass murderer, and belongs to the gutter.
