The governor of Nigeria's Imo state, Rochas Okorocha, has appointed his sister as Commissioner for Happiness and Couples' Fulfillment.
Before her promotion Ogechi Ololo served as her brother's Deputy Chief of Staff and Special Adviser on Domestic Matters http://bbc.in/2BJpnhD
