{UAH} but the hurry is terrible

Unless we end our deadly false self importance cultural perceptions
nothing much will work in Uganda and Africa at large. It appears to me
we are so burdened with; rule, regulations and routine.

Do you think traffic lights work? Kampala Capital City Authority is
installing these lights "after a scientific study" on key junctions
and these are driven by trafic volumes detectors (AI) - but Ugandans
are senselessly opposed.

Ugandans will say no – remove them since one is in a government
vehicle, police will wave them right of way! Yet traffic jam is
"generated" from African terrible road mannerism.

Surely we don't have much to do – but the hurry is terrible.

Everyone driving feels is a road angle and untouchable at that.

Now, visit rufula (slaughter houses/abattoirs ) and where they sell
fish. fish left in the open will go bad quickly.

Even the educated can imagine that the above areas can properly be
build and planned for first and foremost diseases prevention but also
to make it a little bit cleaner for buyers' satisfaction! No

When will African mature?!
