{UAH} Can Dogs Sense “Bad” People?

I am Sure My Dog Lucky Would Immediately Alert Me If Kayibanda Museveni, Hussein Jarunga or Edward Mo Irundrua Came Anywhere Near Our Home!!!! These Are Bad People With Blood On their Hands That Most Dogs Would Immediately Smell And Pick Out.  I Am Very Sure About This.. But Lucky Would Also Excitedly Wag His Tail And Bark If It Was A Nice Person Like Afuwa or Mayimuna.
