The 32 years old military dictatorship of museveni has banned people from wearing red coloured cloths.
This caution came after 80% of Ugandans rejected his selfish interest of scraping the 75 year old age limit from the 1995 constitution of Uganda, so as to enable him rule Uganda until his death.
Vibrant Ugandans started to wear red coloured cloths and red coloured head ribbons as a sign of rejection.
