{UAH} Kanungu: Anti Age Limit bishop rewarded a new car
Rt.Rev Dan Zoreka the controversial bishop of Kinkizi diocese is a happy man this charismas season after his followers rewarded him with a brand new car.
The car tagged" The people's car" was delivered today at St Peters Cathedral Nyakatare in Kanungu town council by the Kanungu residents living in Kampala led by Kinkizi West MP James Kaberuka.
Former Kinkizi West Member of Parliament and presidential hopeful John Patrick Amama Mbabazi led the fundraising for the Toyota land cruiser worth 270M.
According to a message by Amama Mbabazi delivered by James Kaberuka indicates independence and recalls strides the diocese has made in social-economic transformation.
Dan Zoreka is renowned for his stance against the passing of the Age Limit Bill which was passed by parliament last week.
Zoreka is also remembered during the last presidential elections for using the pulpit to campaign for former Prime Minister Amama Mbabazi for president who was later defeated by president Museveni during presidential polls held on February 18 last year.
