Rubaga Cathedral congregation on 25th Monday December 2017 booed Uganda's vice President Edward Kiwanuka Ssekandi when he stood to address them.
Kiwanuka Edward Ssekandi a Member of Parliament Bukoto Central MP being the vice president was among those that supported the removal of the age limit.
Charles Peter Mayiga, Buganda Premier Minister just after he had addressed the congregation invited Uganda's vice president who did not receive a warm welcome at all , he was booed in reference to the recent passed amendment Bill.
Ssekandi however tried to calm down the congregation when he said he was one of those who made the Uganda constitution. Touching the constitution is not a mistake, you can add or remove," he said.
"I urge you to keep peace even with those you don't agree," the vice president visibly cut short his address as the booing and heckling increased.
