{UAH} Anyboidy knows Hajji Sempijja Abdul Noor??

There's this goon at the NRM headquarters called Hajji Sempijja Abdul Noor who is a super conman. He says he works with the diaspora office at the NRM headquarters. He is also the NRM publicity secretary Butambala district. He frauds desperate youths who are unemployed promising to connect them to state house officials who can influence things to get everything done as for employment. He asks for money ranging from 600000 to 800,000 UGX. After picking money from you, he then takes you to the office of the president where you meet another guy (presidential assistant) whose name I will not mention today. This scam is silently killing the image of the party. When you give him the money, he cuts all the communication and goes mute.
PLEASE, LET THE PEOPLE CONCERNED HELP US.
