{UAH} Kiiza Besigye's Flying squad tormentor

This Flying Squad fellow, often moving in the Black Police Van/Bus has tormented President Kizza Besigye since 2016 elections. The van and its gun wielding goons belong to the Squad. This particular one, usually holding a high caliber gun and pistols tied to his legs would jump out of the van and start kicking Besigye supporters on the road. 

Now this Christmas, he is in Luzira Prison while the man he torments, of course protected by God, is at his official residence in Rwakabengo. But Besigye prays and forgives. I have heard priests ask him how he survives in these difficult times and his response: he only points to the sky to mean he is protected by God. 

DEUTERONOMY 31:6: "Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you."
