{UAH} MILTON OBOTE TEACHING GOOD GOVERNANCE. (Video)

Now check this short video (Uganda 1984): A drunk Milton Obote making what some would consider a great speech in parliament. Talking about "good governance" and "the will of the people" yet outside he is slaughtering 500,000 poor Baganda peasants in Luweero, was presiding over general lawlessness plus a totally collapsed economy, and had just rigged the 1980 general elections four years earlier to declare himself president. But look at how his sycophants are applauding his lies and have forgotten the people suffering around the country. Obote did not learn that it is not only about his so-called "oratory skills" in Acholi accent like some comedian. We have to walk our talk.
