Those who agreed from start each was given 300m. Then rewarded again with 200m last night at 2am on prior going to parliament. They met m7 at 2am. 

Now what can UGANDAN do with these thieves honestly. Money constitutional consultation not available but the money for briberybis fished out cash not through the banks. They avoided the bank transactions  because theybwoumd be seen easily instead they asked give it to us in cash.
