{UAH} THE TIME IS HERE AGAIN. UAH FORUMIST OF THE YEAR!

As we come to the end of the year of 2017, mature civilisation dictates that, due respect and appreciation must be accorded to the worthy!

UAH forum, being a bed of opinion, where the issues or subject planted here don't see the light of day, there are some that have defied all odds and sprouted or woken up to light. People behind these seeds, need to be acknowledged, appreciated and encouraged.

I therefore call for nomination in the two categories. The very worthy and not very worthy. The idea is to encourage the worthy and dissuade the unworthy.
