One can be sure they lost and lost miserably? Why is NRM silent about Igara East? Because they took 1st and 2nd position with the winner being 'over zealously' pro-102 (b) amendment.
Being one who was invited to a post on how "voters had abandoned Museveni at a rally to greet Besigye", i can only say may all false propagandists crumble on their laurels.
