Africa is aware of its reality. May be it needs some one like Trump to remind it.
My cut is that TRUMP WAS NOT TALKING TO AFRICA OR AFRICANS!!
So, I don't know how what he said amounts to "telling Africa / Africans".
He had earlier had the opportunity to tell African leaders off when he invited a number of them.
He did not tell them then!!!!
He has the UN channel to use. He did not utilize even that opportunity to tell Africa / African leaders off face to face.
WHY?
If he wanted to rectify the situation, how come he did not dare tell them off face to face when he earlier invited them?
And why did he first try to deny having expressed those derogatory remarks?
Nej, Mr Trump's demeanor does not amount to telling Africans / African leaders!!
It was like abusing some one behind his back. That is not telling some one off!

In a rare occasion, I concur with Mr. Museveni. May be Africa needed a Trump of sorts to finally get to grips with reality.
