WBK is telling you that there some untouchables in the regime. The likes of Kanyihura and Sejusa are untouchable. Its easy for Mu7 to touch the constitution of Uganda but not the aforementioned. Because they come from his power base. Mu7 is not one to commit suicide!

There was a story where apparently Minister Tumukunde told police to stop their activities. IGP Kayihura was livid and told Tumukunde off. This fight is significant because Tumukunde represents the Janet Museveni camp, revolving around Bahiima and Bahororo like Tumukunde in government while the IGP is YKM's blued eyed general. If you will Tumukundes and a few others are like Grace Mugabe so called under 40 who did everything to appease her. How that struggle ended is still fresh in people's minds-hello Tumukunde.
