{UAH} burundi president rewards housegirl- or is it mistress?

These are the revolutionaries who rule Africa- just like the Rwandan outlaw Kayibanda Museveni. Thats why I am beginning to come rounbd to Mujabi's  view that people who come from very impoverished backgrounds can not make good leaders. A person coming from a higher economic social status than this Burundian buffoon would not consider having a housegirl as something important. But to him and Kayibanda, those are the things that matter so much- it reminds them when they were poor and being lorded over by others- in Kayibanda's case when he was a kwashiokor ridden cattle herdsboy and later  adopted refugee teenager.
