Some of my ministers are not Ugandans, says Museveni He named Julius Wandera Maganda, the State minister for East African Affairs as one of them

Some of those ministers fail to show the president where they are born, very bad! Maybe the president should lead them by example - first take them to where his great grandparents are honourably buried, proceed to his vice president, Speaker of Parliament and so forth. In that way, he will be able to identify who the true Ugandans are. But if a whole constituency can elect those people to represent them in parliament, then they know the value of having them. At one time President Museveni knowingly focused on recruiting non-Ugandans in his rebel force -NRA;  they rose in ranks and officially entered the security details of the country and later "escaped" to their country. Should the president really complain of having non-Ugandans in the cabinet? 

We can as well say that there are no qualified Ugandans to lead Uganda, so let the foreign nationals serve us!
