{UAH} NATINAL AND LOCAL CEREBRATIONS BE HELD THE SAME DAY

Fellow countrymen and countrywomen, while we were cerebrating to mark
Liberation 18 at Busaabala landing site , Makindye Municipality last
Sunday January 29th, l requested that national and local cerebrations
to mark a national day be independence or liberation, should held on
the same day through out the country.
While the President and some ministers and ambassadors accredited to
Uganda are at the national venue, the rest of the ministers and other
government officials should be at local venues, as it was the case
before.
This is after it was realized that while national cerebrations were
held at BOMAS Ground Arua last Friday January 26th, the rest of the
country, including Luwero Triangle, was in darkness.
