{UAH} PIPED WATER FOR SSEMBABULE-KUTESA
RURAL ELECTRIFICATION TO GO HAND IN HAND WITH PIPED WATER- SAM KUTESA VOWS
Foreign Minister Sam Kuteesa has said that the ongoing rural
electrification in Ssembabule District would be closely followed with
extending piped water to all trading centers in the district .
Kuteesa said that he started with a district status in 1997, amidst
criticism, bituminizing main roads and rural electrification that is
going on, and soon piped water which is only now in town councils.
According to him, wherever and whenever he serves and the positions he
holds, his first priority is Uganda and Ssembabule district.
All this in an exclusive interview with him at his residence at
Nakasero this afternoon.
