{UAH} POLICE BACKED CRIMINALITY THROWS MIST OVER LIRA TOWN.

My investigation indicates that this person, Denis Boniface Ojok, 39, from Aromo was killed by colleagues at Corner Kamdini, Teso Bar in Lira Municipality for a deal gone wrong but they claim it was mob action. I await what our 'professional' Uganda Police Force officers will come up with. Another person was also killed in Obutowelo B last week and police is saying he was killed by mob yet my investigation reveal that he was killed by some persons known to the area LC1 but hehas decided to conceal them. Yesterday I tasked him to explain why he is not telling the truth and he opened up, his conversation is recorded. The police, please do your work professionally. I have noted with concern that in most cases, Uganda Police Force deliberately delay to reach the scene and in some cases, they tell people to kill the suspects so that they just come to pick the bodies. please, what is the law for. Scrap the law just as age limit was done recently. President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni should prevail in this serious matter as the perpetrators who are the custodians of the law are themselves to blame for many deaths in my region..
