Kayibanda Museveni's 31 Year Tyranny Has Seen The Almost Total Collapse Of The Moral Fibre Of The Nation And Education Has Borne The Brunt. Makerere University Used To Be One Of The Top Universities In Africa, But It Is Today Down To Its Knees ,a Shadow Of Its Former Self And A Laughing Stock Of The World. For Those Of Us Who Graduated From This Great University Before Its Demise Began Under The Rwandan Occupation  In 1986, And Got International Fellowships Or Foreign Jobs On The Strength Of Our Makerere Qualifications, It Is So Heart-Breaking To Hear Stories Such As This One. If Any One Needed Proof Of The Total Atrophy Of Uganda As A Nation Under The Misrule of An Uneducated Buffoon Like Kayibanda Museveni, Then This Sad Story Is Truly it. We Are A Broken Nation, With No Moral Foundations Left, Where Corruption And Iniquity Rule The Roost. Uganda Is Finished. Kaput. RIP.
