{UAH} Uganda Security and Security Agencies

The security situation in which Uganda is today is typical of the
1982-85 with different types of militias privately recruited to help
fight crime and rebels. The state had fallen apart then!

I never expected NRM goverment to go that low! This is the lowest
level of institutional primitivity! So who was throwing bombs in MPs
houses?
