{UAH} Uganda tops the list of the fastest growing economies to 2025

There are four words that are usually used to describe someone;s perception on a given issue; 1. Optimistic 2. Pessimistic 3. Realistic and 4. Wishful thinking.

Where do you fall?

With the current level of thuggery (call it corruption), environmental destruction and political uncertainty and also being aware of a certain Bank that worn a prize of being the best performer of the year only to be closed the following year for being a non performer, permit me to reserve my opinion.
