{UAH} WHEN FOREIGNERS CONTROL YOUR LAND: LESSON FOR UGANDA UNDER RWANDAN OCCUPATION

I was intrigued by this picture of the Palestinian teenager Ahed Tammimi before an Israeli  military court. All the people guarding her and holding  her in captivity are foreigners. Is this not the case with Uganda as well? When political prisoners like Dr Stella Nyanzi appear in Uganda's courts, are they also not held in the captivity of Rwandan guards and hatchetmen and women?
