Mr. know it all

Someone who believes they've got the answer to every question even if the question hasn't been asked or if they really don't have the answer (... but of course they believe they do). This is not a shy individual, but rather someone whose ego is overflowing primarily through their mouth, but seems to have come from the other end of their digestive system.

Self-centered

Concerned only with oneself: egocentric, egoistic, egotistical, egomaniacal, egotistic, egotistical, self-absorbed, self-involved, selfish, self-seeking, self-serving. Idiom: wrapped up in oneself.

Narcissistic

Narcissistic personality disorder (NPD) is a personality disorder in which there is a long-term pattern of abnormal behavior characterized by exaggerated feelings of self-importance, an excessive need for admiration, and a lack of understanding or even care of others' feeling.
