{UAH} Jennifer Nansubuga Makumbi : KINTU, NEW UGANDAN NOVEL- JUST OUT

I listened to this programme on the BBC this morning and it had a completely new  Ugandan author who has just hit the bookstalls. Jenniffer Nansubuga Makumbi has just published a novel entitled KINTU which is being hailed as a "great Ugandan novel". I heard her speak about her novel- apparently she is trying to write the history of Uganda or Buganda through fiction. WoRth getting a copy.
