{UAH} Kenyan High Court clears way for Miguna's return
Folks;
The High Court issued two orders: First to the Immigration department to issue Miguna Miguna with travel documents to facilitate his return home.
The second order is to the Kenyan Human Rights Commission, to meet Miguna at the port of entry, to ensure his safety.
Why would the High Court go as far as fearing for Miguna's safety, and trusting his life in the safety of a civil organization?
This second order speaks volume, about what the High Court reads in the government's intent on Miguna.
It will be interesting to watch as to which order the government will appeal, because failing to raise objection to the second order will be tantamount to admitting that the government can not be trusted with the safety of this mouthy irritant.
