{UAH} KIRUMIRA WAS BROUGHT IN CAGE LIKE CHICKEN THIEF

I never thought we would see a day in Uganda when suspects are brought to court in a cage? Caging prisoners happened only in the days of the Roman Empire, and more recently by Islamic jihadists who cage their prisoners before burning them alive. Uganda under kayibanda, it seems is not too far behind the Roamans and the Islamic jihadists!!!
