Some call him mad, others call him drunkard. In his own words, he takes a few bottles. You guessed right, we are talking about Tamale Mirundi, the presidential advisor on Media.
Speaking on Impact FM 98.4 FM, on Friday morning, the self-styled media consultant, Tamale told the host Gyagenda, that no country has developed without leader/ president turning into a dictator.
Mirundi who served as Press Secretary to the president for 13 years said that Tanzania is developing fast because the Chinese that are investing in Tanzania are genuine and not corrupt.
Tamale Mirundi has time and again said that the most of the Chinese Investors in Uganda are corrupt, fake and therefore undertake substandard works.
He said that the Mafia's have taken of the government and thus corruption is the order of the day. ' ' Let Sobi take over as IGP, let Brian White be appointed Minister of the Youth'' Mirundi suggested.
He added: How can you say that someone who is battling murder charges gets a nod from Gen. Saleh to spearhead the fight against Youth Unemployment? How do you make a known criminal- Ssobi a celebrity?-Mirundi wondered.
Mirundi said, the late Idi Amin Dada could not allow that nonsese. ''If Amin was to return, he would put all the Mafai's in Uganda on the firing line, and the others would take off'' Mirundi said.
''President Museveni has done a lot, but whatever he has done over the last 30 years, Amin did in ten years'' Mirundi said.Adding that Amin was able to do this because he was a dictator. He explained that the Mafia's have exploited President Museveni soft hand to exploit, steal, grab land from Ugandans and do all kinds of evils.
