When Being President Still Carried With It Respect, Dignity, And Awe. Compare to today when buffoons like Rwandan Outlaw Kayibanda Museveni, Uhuru Jomo Kenyatta,  Paul Kagame and Joseph Kabila are viewed as something the cat has brought into the house, as  human scum, garbage  or sewage.
