#armed_robbery_at_bweyogere_in_broad_day_light about an hour ago
Two seriously injured as armed robbers attack and rob the owner of wabiyoona plaza big sums of money in bweyogerere near mamerito hotel..
madam wabiyoona was from withdrawing money from the bank in order to pay off her workers since the month has ended. The robbers followed her up to her office in bweyogerere, asked her to handover all the money and she tried to resist, this prompted the robbers to first stub her by the neck and grab the money..
She jumped out of her office screening loudly for help, the neighbours got concerned and started to gather to find out what was the problem, the robbers then started shooting in air to scare people and ran into the nearby banana plantation....
The people then pursued them in to the banana plantations forcing the robbers to shoot direct at the people injuring of two people. Martin (in the picture below) was seriously injured and his right foot is almost off..
Robbers fled, then stopped some man who was driving with his windscreens down, put him on gun point, threw him out and drove off with his car....
The woman is now at Gwatiro Hospital
Latest is that they disappeared to the next village called kireku, then i hear they realised that the car was going to land them in trouble so they tried to get on a boda boda, and in d process boda guys gangled up on them and some security guard shot them dead
