{UAH} BOTSWANA LEADING BY EXAMPLE OR FOOLS?

So today Saturday 30th March 2018, President Ian Khama steps down voluntarily from the presidency of Botswana 18 months before the end of his constitutional mandate. Botswana has a clean record in good governance and fighting corruption. A path that has many times led to them walking alone in the African Union when the organisation took questionable or unethical decisions (For example when the AU sought immunity from prosecution for African leaders, Botswana refused to be part of such a decision that perpuates impunity in Africa). After reading the news about him stepping down, I had to check today's date again to see if this was not some African April fools day joke or what?
