It is alleged that the family paid 750m Ush to the kidnappers bit it
was not enough

Ridiculous indeed?
How did the 750m Ush (if these were 50000 [you could also make 20000
to make carry away cumbersome] these would have been bags) to the
kidnappers was delivered and how was is it taken away without UPDF
that has drones, ISO, Police that might also have drones not have
watched from afar?
Security forces must come up with answers very quickly!
