In Jerusalem, over 38% of children don't go to school. Thousands of Palestinian children are currently being denied an education. For some, there is simply no school to attend. Others are crammed into overfilled classrooms. Some parents are forced to pay thousands of shekels for inferior quality schools in the private sector.
