Are you aware that in the landmark case DR Congo v Uganda, Kale Kaligula, the person you call a"a good man" who should meditate with doses of wellness is actually mentioned as one of the culprits who participated in the pillage of the DR Congo?  This was a case before the International Court of Justice at the Haque. The others are Kahinda Otafirre, and the late Kazini. The Court ordered Uganda to pay the DR Congo reparations of $20 billion, a sum that has still not been paid and today stands at $40 billion, with compound interest. The court also issued a personal liability order against Kale Kaligula, Kahinda Otafirree and thE late Kazini.

Are you also aware that there is a pending application at the ICC for the extradition of Kale Kaligula, Otafirre and the late Kazini  to the DR Congo to face trial on genocide and war crimes charges? Kayibanda Museveni has refused to comply with the extradition request, but any future Ugandan government will be at liberty to extradite Kaligula and Otafirre to the DR Congo to face trial. I certainly would authorise their immediate extradition when we are back in power.
