Leaked: President Museveni's Sick Right-Hand Acts Out Again, Plans to Chop it Off in a Mafia Style!!

President Museveni's hand is sick again according to pictures from his meeting with Rwandese counterpart Paul Kagame.

Museveni's right hand that was apprently hit by his car door three years back was bandaged throughout the meeting with Kagame.

In 2015, there were media allegations that his hand was rotting and being eaten away by cancer. This forced the president to come out and clarify on the matter saying that he strongly hit his right hand against the door of the car when he was rushing for a trip in Japan, it was discovered that there was a small spiral fracture on the metacarpal bone of the right last finger, it was the same hand that was bandaged today, though the problem this time is not yet known.

Information filtering in from our snoops is that the president was advised to consider a more aggressive treatment which he has cowed from for long since he wants to avoid speculations that he is rotting away. Among the options is totally chopping off his hand, most especially the affect area and replacing it with synthetic hand.

Last year, Museveni declared that he has not fallen sick for all the time he has been the president of Uganda because he observes some useful health practices which have eventually helped me to prevent some of these diseases.
