{UAH} Museveni suspends senior mmigration officials

Were Africans ready for self-rule.?  Look here a whole President  sacking junior civil servants. Whatever they have done, dont they have a manager, and a line  management process to deal with indiscipline and  abuse of office? What is the role of the Human Resources/ Peronel Office, The permanent secretary and ultimately the Minister responsible? Why does it take a President to intervene in routine adminisitrative matters?

Museveni suspends senior mmigration officials

There had been allegations of fraud in the process of procuring the E-Passports, although there are no details for the suspension of the officials.

President Yoweri Museveni has suspended senior officials in the directorate of immigration.

Godfrey Sasaga, the director Immigration and Commissioner, Anthony Namara were orederd to handover office to the permanent secretary in the ministry of Internal Affairs, Dr. Benon Mutambi Mugisha.
