She was drawing a sketch on a piece of paper for the Editor of the Kampala Express, Timothy Kalyegira, outlining how the Kampala Express can make the transition into a fully commercial newspaper.

Andersen, a Serbian-born Ugandan citizen and former columnist for the"New Vision" newspaper, has been apppointed the new head of the state broadcaster UBC TV.
