{UAH} NRM Criminal Structure and the Face of the Nation

I am rather confused with the debate and excitement with Kale
Kayihura's exit from the police forces.

NRM /A by its own structures is a semi criminal organisation. It is
evident that what happened in the so called Luwero Triangle is a
reflection of NRM institutional structures.

With Kale's exit from the police forces have all known criminal gangs
and individuals including those within government been apprehended –
the answer is NO!

Unless NRM cleanse itself of the criminal past – Uganda will evolve
from one criminal grouping to another as per NRM preferences.

Use of criminal in political structures is far dangerous act that will
determine the nature of country we have into the future.
