Parliament to spend 7.1M Ugshs to Fix Flag on Speaker's Car!!

Parliament is set to spend over 7.1 million Ugshs tax payers money on a single flag pole to be fixed on Speaker Rebecca Kadaga's official Land Cruiser. According to the best evaluated bidder notice pinned on the Parliament notice board, MS Japan Auto Care Limited has been named the best bidder for the requirement!!
