{UAH} Man in Bugiri has been hacked to death by unknown assailants

A decomposing body identified to be that of a one Philip Waiswa was found lying in the ditch used in the fermentation of waragi, a local brew.

The body believed to be of a 33-year-old man has been discovered in a ditch at Busowa central in Busowa town council in Bugiri district.

According to residents whisper eye talked with,  say it is possible that Waiswa's assailants killed him in another place and then brought him here.

The police spokesperson for Busoga East region James Mubi told whisper eye that police investigations have began immediately and the murders shall be arrested.
