{UAH} DR RAILA AMOLLO ODINGA NOW DE FACTO DEPUTY PRESIDENT OF KENYA

 

In implied terms Raila is now the deputy president..He has been given the entire 2nd floor of jogoo house,with staff and budget..He is now in India on an official government business,he is expected to meet India's Prime Minister Narendra Modi to discuss some bilateral deals.

The president should respect Ruto,how can he send Raila to represent the gov't on such sensitive negotiation while our deputy president is around with no major commitment.

You cannot change someone's destiny,u can only delay it,if it was meant that Ruto will be president then it shall come to pass
