{UAH} Kayihura issue to end up political

One way to get him quickly released is to blackmail the President and to tag the inmate a political hero. If i had a consultancy to come up with such a paper or strategy, it would be like licking choc. But if he has heinous cases to answer, i cannot be party to such absurdity. 

I know our usual opposition will be salivating and snorting around since they've got no work. Confounded opportunists!
