Kayibanda is making hard work of reaching his middle income status by the deadline of 2020. How are you faring with your FED / 2020? You must be breathing on each other's necks, or more likely Kayibanda is emitting toxic fats in your face as he struggles to catch up with you, a stronger and fitter man?  Who will get there first?
