TR: {UAH} Kigali

Dear Ugandans a western power asked Kayibanda to give him a military base in Bugesera and in return he builds for Rwanda all infrastructures (roads, hospitals, schools, offices, etc.); the president refused for keeping Africa safe and free of interferences. Same demand was done to Habyarimana, he too refused. 

Now we have those who accepted the offer and of course we have this you are astonishing for! 

Yes, let us enjoy, but carefully, as there is nothing for free and perhaps Africa may suffer some bad consequences as already many foreign armies are operating in its many parts (Congo, Sahel, Centrafrica, etc.)!
